The Wes-Del middle school cross country teams competed in a three-team meet against Delta and Jay County, with the Warrior girls finishing second overall. Jaci Long led the Wes-Del girls with a seventh-place finish in 17:04, followed closely by Elsie Swift in eighth at 17:23. Callee Barnes placed 15th in 19:22, while Ashlynn Taylor finished 17th in 24:22 and Haddie DuBois placed 18th in 24:26. For the boys, Jack Rector led the Warriors with a 16th-place finish in 20:16. Andrew Dillard placed 19th in 21:10, followed by Noah Fields in 20th at 22:04 and Jace Brunner in 21st at 22:56.
