Varsity The Wes-Del varsity volleyball team fell to Wapahani in three sets, 0-3. Joy Toney led the Warriors offensively with eight kills on 23 attempts, while Presley Durr added three kills. Durr and Natalie Linder each dished out seven assists. From the service line, Durr led Wes-Del with three aces, while Linder, Gabriella Rector, and Cora Davis each added an ace. Layla Carmichael handled a team-high 37 serve receptions and added four digs, while Durr also recorded four digs. Defensively at the net, Davis contributed four total blocks, Lilliann Byrd added two, and Aubrey Antrim recorded one. The Warriors will look to continue improving as they move forward with their season. Junior Varsity The JV Warrior volleyball team battled but came up just short against Wapahani, falling 1-2.
