The Wes-Del girls golf team continued to show improvement in a three-way match against Frankton and Madison-Grant. The Warriors finished with a team score of 224, just three strokes behind Madison-Grant’s 221, while Frankton won the match with a 194. Addison Huffman led Wes-Del with a 46, finishing just one stroke behind medalist Kylia Buis, a senior from Frankton, who shot a 45. Keira Banister and Ava Johnson each carded a 59, followed by Ruthy Leman with a 60 and Annabelle Carter with a 61. The Warriors improved their scores from the previous night while continuing to work on different areas of their game as the season progresses.
