The Wes-Del girls golf team picked up a close victory over Madison-Grant, 230-238. Addison Huffman led the Warriors and earned medalist honors with a 50. Keira Banister followed with a 57, Quinn Slopsema shot a 60, Annabelle Carter finished with a 63, and Ava Johnson added a 69. It wasn’t the Warriors’ best night on the course, but they battled through it and did enough to earn the win. Wes-Del will look to put in some extra work and sharpen its game before returning to competition on Saturday.
