Wes-Del Athletics is proud to recognize Amber Dillard and our High School Cross Country program after receiving an IHSAA Exemplary Behavior Report following the Delaware County Cross Country Championship. Amber was recognized by meet official Alan Wright for her determination, perseverance, and sportsmanship during the girls race. Despite the heat and falling behind the other competitors, Amber continued to push forward and completed the entire 5K. Her effort and determination made an impression on the official and many of the student-athletes in attendance. We are extremely proud of Amber for representing Wes-Del with determination, character, and Warrior Pride. Congratulations to Amber, our student-athletes, and our High School Cross Country coaches on this well-deserved recognition!
