The Wes-Del Middle School Cross Country team had a great meet on Saturday at the Marion Invitational that was held at Indiana Wesleyan cross country course. The girls’ middle school team wasn’t able to score because of illness, but there were individuals that found success. Rylie Paskiewicz placed first out of one hundred fifty-eight runners in the girls race with a new school record for the 3K distance. She ran a 10:55.8. She was close to setting a new course record. Amree Nielson, Elsie Swift, and Haddie DuBois also ran well, with DuBois setting a new PR. Eli Cook finished second out of one hundred ninety-eight runners. He ran a 10:39.1 for a new school record. Lamb and Schaller also set a PR.
