The Warriors traveled to Yorktown on Saturday to run in the Jim Leffler Invitational. This is always a competitive race that yields some fast times. Jon Cook finished first the team, and Logan Fulton crossed the finish line shortly after him. Both missed setting a new season PR by 4 seconds. Leo Davis and Alex Ross successfully set a new season PR on Saturday as well. The Warriors were hoping for a top 5 team finish, but just missed that with a 6th place team finish. The Lady Warriors also ran in the invitational. Noelle Ernstberger finished first for the Lady Warriors with a 36th place finish. Amber Dillard achieved a new season PR shaving over a minute off of her previous PR. The warriors will travel to Huntington University next weekend for the New Haven Invitational. This is also the location of their regional competition on October 26th, so running here is a great opportunity to have a look at this course early. Good luck, Warriors!
